TIM DUSENBERY- INSPIRATIONAL SONGS FOR EVERYONE

April 1, 2004 (Houma, LA)-  Veteran singer/songwriter/bassist Tim Dusenbery releases his brand new CD Kingdom Come on April 12, 2004.  The album is a gumbo of smooth to dynamic grooves, meditative thoughts, and inspirational lyrics.  With influences, ranging from George Harrison, Carlos Santana, and the Moody Blues, Kingdom Come captures the essence of these artists yet maintains the uniqueness of Tim and his producer Pershing Wells.

According to Tim, "It's been a desire in my heart to express my feelings through my music.  I was moved through the experiences of life to write these songs.  The recording process went beautifully and it was almost like being in a dream state.  The spirit and energy of God was moving through us.  It was awesome!  I feel these songs, although Christian in flavor, will appeal to anyone who feels deeply about something that's happened in life-  good or not good.   We're all the same.  I know everyone who listens will feel the power!

I decided to team with world-class producer and guitarist Pershing Wells to complete the album."

Producer Pershing Wells states, "It was a pleasure and extraordinary experience working with Tim on this album.  I've know Tim most of my life and we thought alike throughout the recording and mixing stages.  Everything just seemed to fall into place- on it's own- and without me moving the faders!.  I go back to this album whenever I feel the need for inspiration."

Tim Dusenbery has worked in dozens of bands over the years and has backed some of the best in the business such as Percy Sledge, Jean Knight, Ernie K-Doe and others.  He's traveled to around the country playing music.  He has opened for countless major acts like Aretha Franklin, Lenny Kravitz, Jerry Jeff Walker, Foghat, and many more.  He began writing songs from the beginning.  He also has a fully equipped recording studio where he develops his material.

The CD is available online at Louisiana Cajun Stuff and Louisiana Music Factory, and some of the coffee shops and churches in the area.  You can also visit the following web site for information:

About Louisiana Paradise:

"A song dedicated to our people of South Louisiana; those that live now, and those that have passed on.  This ballad tells a story about how the land was a century ago and how it is today.  Those who were born and raised in this mystical and beautiful land can testify to our diminishing coast.  It's up to you and I and our Government to stop coastal erosion now.  We all know our coast is washing away at an alarming rate.  With the help of God we can do it together- save our Louisiana!  Now sit back, relax, close your eyes and listen.  Now it's up to you to answer- where will our children play?"
